Yoga health benefits are vast, as the positions help to stretch, tone and strengthen every part of the body as well as calming and focussing the mind; helping you find a healthy balance in your life. Whether you are a total beginner, an experienced yoga student, or have come to Prasanna Yoga for private classes, our expert instructor will ensure your yoga practice is enjoyable, safe, effective and comfortable.

We can provide accessories such as yoga mats, straps and blocks, or you are welcome to bring your own along. Call Prasanna Yoga for more information or to make a booking.

About Classes


I am truly honoured and excited to share this yoga journey with you. I am here for any questions you may have and to create an enjoyable and inspirational yoga experience.

All Yoga Classes in Shepparton are customised to suit the individual needs of each student and also the group dynamic. Prasanna Yoga has many years of personal experience to create a wonderful class for you to enjoy.

 Throughout the class, Tattwadarshi (Kate) will ensure you are safe and comfortable providing options in each pose and corrections to your technique. All classes will include a variety of pranayama, asana, and different yogic practices.

Towards the end of the class Prasanna Yoga will provide a deep relaxation and meditation session. Meditation is an ancient yogic tradition that brings about deep relaxation and a sense of well-being.

Classes in Shepparton are held afternoons and evenings, with weekends available on request, just speak to Kate Hall (Tattwadarshi), If you are a beginner Kate will guide you through your first yoga experience ensuring that you will come away from our class feeling great within yourself – and most importantly, feeling relaxed.
